Pass Criteria
A reviewer scores your Unit 01 submission against the published rubric. To pass, the deliverable must satisfy every criterion below.
- The submission defines one real recurring program and one real camp or clinic rather than two loose ideas.
- The program brief includes cadence, staffing, grouping, progression logic, and commercial shape clearly.
- The camp brief includes operational roles, flow, and parent-facing structure clearly.
- The submission stays at the operator level and does not drift into session writing.
- The owner-dependency note shows how the offers can run without the operator being on the grass at all times.
- The economics summary reflects both per-head logic and buyer-facing package structure.
- The submission reflects the Program Design pillar by showing repeatability, handoff readiness, and commercial coherence.
Submissions that miss any of these come back as a revision request, not a fail. You can resubmit until you pass.
