Assignment
Submit one program design brief (one recurring season program) and one camp operating brief (one camp or clinic).
Inside the full credential, this is one of the rubric-scored deliverables. Enrolled candidates submit through their dashboard; a reviewer scores 1–4 against the published rubric and responds with approval, a revision request, or a not-yet-pass.
The assignment brief:
- Submit one recurring season program brief with player type, block length, cadence, staffing model, capacity, progression logic, and commercial shape.
- Submit one camp or clinic operating brief with site flow, staffing roles, grouping logic, arrival and dismissal process, and communication structure.
- Keep both deliverables at the operator level. Do not write session content inside either brief.
- If session detail is required, state "session plans supplied by certified coaches (CPSC)" and move on.
- Include a short note on how each offer can run without depending on the owner personally.
- Include one short economics summary showing how per-head math informed the final package structure.
- Keep the combined submission between 700 and 1,100 words.
- Write both briefs as if they could be handed to a site lead or operations manager for execution.
