A credential for the operator and the business. Your CPSC coaches carry their own credential. CSTO is the operator signature on top.

Who reviews CSTO submissions

Operator deliverables and the capstone are reviewed by a private training professional with operator-level experience. Someone who has built and run a private training business and understands the standards a credible operator must hold.
