Refund Policy

This policy explains when a candidate is entitled to a refund, how withdrawals work, and how to raise a billing dispute.

Version 2026-04-21 · Effective April 21, 2026

1. What This Policy Covers

This Refund Policy applies to application fees, tuition for the CPSC and CSTO programs, renewal fees, and any add-on services purchased through the Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Seven-Day Cooling-Off Window

You may cancel your enrollment for any reason within seven (7) calendar days of payment and receive a full refund of tuition, provided you have not submitted a graded quiz, assignment, or capstone deliverable during that window. To cancel, email certification@whitesportsventures.com from the address on your account with the subject line “Cancel Enrollment.” Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

3. Pro-Rated Withdrawal (Days 8–30)

If you withdraw after the cooling-off window but within the first thirty (30) days of your cohort, you may request a pro-rated refund of 50% of tuition, less any application fees. You must not have submitted the capstone.

4. No Refund After Day 30 or After Capstone Submission

After day 30 of the cohort, or after you submit your capstone for grading (whichever is earlier), tuition is non-refundable. This reflects the cost of reviewer time already scheduled on your behalf and the integrity of the credentialing process.

5. Application Fees

Application review fees — if any — are non-refundable once your application has been screened by our admissions team, because the review work has already been performed.

6. Renewal Fees

Credential renewal fees are refundable for seven (7) days from payment, provided you have not submitted the renewal attestation or completed any renewal-only modules.

7. If We Cancel a Cohort

If WSV cancels a cohort before it starts, you will receive a full refund of tuition and application fees, or you may choose to transfer to a future cohort at no cost. If a cohort is materially disrupted after it begins (for example, extended platform unavailability), we will either extend the cohort at no cost, offer a transfer, or issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

8. Denials and Revocations

Credentialing is discretionary. Fees paid are not refundable solely because a credential was denied, deferred, or revoked for failure to meet the Standard, failure of the capstone, or a violation of our Code of Conduct. Candidates who fail the capstone are typically eligible to resubmit under the terms communicated in their reviewer feedback; resubmission fees, if any, are disclosed in advance.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email certification@whitesportsventures.com from the email on your account, including your full name, the order or application ID, the date of payment, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take several additional business days to appear on your statement.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of the account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the payment network and to law-enforcement authorities.

11. Scholarship Seats

Each cohort reserves one (1) needs-based scholarship seat at up to one hundred percent (100%) of tuition. Scholarship applicants submit the standard application with a short scholarship note and are reviewed separately by our admissions team. Scholarship awards are non-transferable. Unclaimed scholarship seats in a given cohort do not carry forward to subsequent cohorts.

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights available to you under the consumer laws of your jurisdiction.
