The Five Pillars of Certification
The certification is built on five pillars. You should understand them early because they become the filter for every later unit.
1. Player Development Planning. You assess the player, identify priorities, and build a progression instead of making up each session on arrival.
2. Session Delivery. Your sessions are structured, purposeful, and coached with useful timing and language.
3. Parent Communication. The family understands the plan, the expectations, and the progress.
4. Professional Operations. Your scheduling, packaging, notes, policies, and service structure are clear enough to support trust.
5. Safe Private-Training. The environment, conduct, and operating discipline protect the player, the family, and the credibility of the service.
This unit sits inside Professional Operations, but it points to all five pillars. A real private coach does not separate coaching quality from operating quality. The service is only as strong as the weakest pillar supporting it.
