Coach Standards Summary
This tool is the short reference sheet for the service standard you are expected to operate inside. It names the role of the private coach, the boundaries of the service, and the five certification pillars in plain language.
You use it at the start of the program, then return to it whenever a decision needs a standard behind it.
Inside the full credential, this becomes a fillable template. Enrolled candidates download the editable .docx, complete each section, and submit it as one of the rubric-scored deliverables. Reviewers score it 1–4 against the published rubric.
What the template asks you to define:
- The role and scope of your private coaching service in plain language.
- The training formats you offer (1:1, semi-private, small-group) and what each is for.
- The player type your service is best suited to.
- What the service does not cover or promise.
- The five-pillar standards a parent should feel inside the first 30 days.
